COST Action INFLAMomx officially launched!

We are excited to officially launch our COST Action INFLAMomx!

On 29 September 2025, members of our Management Committee gathered in Brussels for the official kick-off meeting (MC1), marking the formal start of the COST Action INFLAMomx (CA24166).

This inaugural meeting brought together researchers, clinicians and key stakeholders from across Europe to align on our shared vision: unraveling the complex molecular mechanisms connecting inflammation, aging and chronic diseases through multi-omics approaches.

Key Highlights of the Meeting:

• Official election and confirmation of the Action Chair, Vice-Chair, Working Group Leaders, Science Communication and Grant Awarding Coordinator.
• Setting the core objectives and timeline for our Working Groups to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration over the coming years.
• Planning upcoming activities, including training schools, workshops and Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) to support early-career researchers.

This kick-off meeting sets a strong foundation for innovative research and meaningful international collaboration. We look forward to working together to advance multi-omics integraton approaches and personalized healthcare!
